Caramel Apple Salad

  • 1 small package, instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 8 0z, carton whipped topping (Cool Whip or store brand)
  • 8 oz, can crushed pineapple and juice
  • 1 cup, mini marshmallows
  • 3 cups, chopped apples with peel on (granny smith, cortland, any firm apple to taste..)
  • 1/2 to 1 cup, dry roasted peanuts

In a large bowl, mixed together dry pudding, whipped topping, pineapple and juice until well blended.  Stir in the apples, marshmallows and peanutes until throroughly mixed.  Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
